The GQ editorial was shot by controversial photographer Terry Richardson, who was also behind the viral "Cat Daddy" video banned by YouTube which starred Upton dancing around in a skimpy red bikini.

The GC profile names her as the latest in a long line of American bombshells which includes Marilyn Monroe, Jayne Mansfield and Farrah Fawcett.

Upton's popularity continues to grow thanks to an enthusiastic online fanbase. The Victoria's Secret model has over 401000 followers on Twitter and two viral videos ("Dougie" as well as "the Cat Daddy") under her belt.
