Pippa Middleton rarely has a bad style day.

Her outfit choices are very sophisticated and put together and now it’s clear where she gets some of her style inspiration.

Pippa's body shape secret revealed

Over the weekend, Pippa was spotted wearing a raspberry wrap dress to a friend’s wedding. The dress was almost identical to the navy Issa design worn by her sister Kate when she announced her engagement to Prince William in 2010.

Kate has been included in Best Dressed lists in countless magazines, including Harper’s Bazaar and Glamour. So why wouldn’t Pippa follow suit?

Kate recently topped a poll of best-dressed royals on Dottybingo.com. She was praised for her “Best of British” style and beat out the Queen for the top spot. Pippa was not included in the survey since she is technically not a royal.

Kate’s dress became iconic after she wore it to announce her engagement and many since then have emulated the look. British clothing store Tesco launched a copy of the blue dress in 2011 for £16 and it sold out in less than an hour.

Pippa’s dress was outfitted with a pair of black pumps, a black clutch bag and a raspberry fascinator with a net veil. All heads seemed to turn towards her instead of the bride. She was attending the Scottish wedding of close friend Camilla Hook to Sam Holland, Indian Ocean tsunami survivor and grandson of Oscar-winning film director Lord Attenborough.

The dress is quite simple but the low-cut neckline and body skimming accents make it a very elegant piece. After the success of variations of the navy dress Kate wore two years ago, there may be a surge of raspberry copies in the near future.
