Heidi Montag Downsizes Her F-Cup Breast Implants To A Size C

"I'm the new, new, new Heidi!" said The Hills star about her latest surgery transformation. Posing for Us Weekly magazine, Heidi Montag opens up about downsizing her breast implants.

Heidi, who famously went in for 10 plastic surgery procedures in 2010, has gone under the knife again to replace her F-cup breast implants with a much more modest C-cup, making it the 27-year-old's third boob job. Like her first round of surgeries, this one was also caught on tape. Heidi enlisted US TV show Entertainment Tonight to document her reduction procedure.

"I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body," says the former reality TV star.

"They felt like bowling balls on my chest."

Heidi reveals she's feeling much better these days with the weight lifted off her shoulders - quite literally, as she says the implants weighed "about three pounds each."

"Now my spine doesn't hurt and my neck feels better. It's like I can breathe for the first time in years. I am just more comfortable in my skin." she explains.
