Lindsay Lohan borrowed a $1,750 designer dress to wear to the amfAR Gala in New York earlier this month and returned it in less-than-perfect condition. Wait, are we surprised?

Apparently Lindsay has no idea what “borrowing” means. She wore the Theia dress to a club after the Gala and ripped it. Not one to panic, she let her “stylist friend” hack into it with a pair of scissors and modified it into a mullet dress. How very DIY chic!

This is the same dress that Charlie Sheen offered to pay for. Had she let Charlie be the generous angel that he is and accepted the offer, she wouldn’t have had to return the dress at all!

If you ask us, the only person to blame here is the designer for trusting Lindsay with his dress.
