Megan Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green welcomed their first son together on September 27 – the ‘Transformers’ actress announced the news on her Facebook page this morning (18.10.12). The couple chose the name Noah Shannon Green for their baby boy.

Fox wrote, “We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect.

We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love.

The 26-year-old actress began dating her husband, 39, in 2004 after they met on the set of ‘Hope & Faith’. Despite a brief split in 2009 after a two-year engagement, the couple reconciled in June 2010. They wed in a private ceremony in Hawaii on June 24, 2010.
