Mischa Barton sent tongues wagging after she stepped out on Wednesday night (12.09.12) in Dublin, Ireland, wearing what appears to be an engagement ring. The new bling on the 26-year-old actress’ left hand has sparked rumours that she may be engaged to her boyfriend Sebastian Knapp.
The former ‘O.C.’ star has been dating ’28 Days Later’ actor Sebastian Knapp since the two met at ‘Revenge’ star Ashley Madekwe’s wedding in June this year.

The couple went public with their relationship in July, just weeks after Barton declared that she was not focusing on men. The actress said, “I've given up men. Sadly, there doesn't seem to be anyone out there for me.
“I'm putting all my love, care and attention into my three dogs. Don't ask why, but they are a good replacement for men in terms of affection.”
It seems that Barton’s new relationship with Knapp has changed her attitude towards men. The two were snapped holidaying together in Ibiza in July, and Knapp has even shown up to his girlfriend’s recent store launch to show his support. She said, “He's great. I was like, ‘You don't have to come to the store opening, you don't have to do anything.’ But he said, ‘No I'm coming to support you.’”
