The Chicago-area natives shared a pad and roles in many films (Cusack even studied at the Piven's theater workshop) but the Entourage star later hinted they had a falling out. When asked by Best Life how Cusack handled his success, he said, "No comment. I mean, you could fill in the blank, I bet."
