Bret Michaels
Bret Michaels was seriously injured after performing at the 2009 Tony Awards. A piece of the set hit him in and caused him to slam to the ground after his performance, fracturing his nose and requiring three stitches in his lip. Poor guy didn't even get to go to any after parties!
