Cate Blanchett
Cate Blanchett was injured on the set of A Streetcar Named Desire while onstage at a Sydney theatre. Cate was struck in the head by a 60's style radio during a fight scene and blood was visibly dripped down her face. The actress attempted to continue her performance, but the show was ultimately cancelled because of the seriousness of the injury.
