Hazelnut chocolate cups

So cute! These store-bought cups are just waiting for you to add your own delicious filling – try adding finely grated orange zest or a little strawberry jam to the mousse for extra indulgence.

Ingredients

ΒΌ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
160ml double cream
60g Coles 12-pack Dark Chocolate Cups
100g nougat, cut into small pieces, to decorate

Method

1| Use a spatula to beat chocolate hazelnut spread until just smooth. Add cream and beat until combined.
2| Spoon mixture into a zip-lock bag. Twist to expel air and, using scissors, snip tip off 1 corner to create a piping bag. Pipe mixture evenly into each chocolate cup until full. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3| Top chocolate cups with nougat pieces to serve.
