Sit back and enjoy a nice Irish coffee with whiskey and whipped cream.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon soft brown sugar
30ml Irish whiskey
120ml strong black coffee
Whipped cream
Grated nutmeg

Method

1. Combine sugar and whiskey in a liqueur coffee glass.
2. Top with coffee and stir.
3. Gently spoon whipped cream on surface.
4. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
