1. Preheat grill until hot. Arrange tomato slices in a large, shallow, heatproof dish, drizzle with half the oil and season with salt and pepper. Remove and discard crusts from bread. Cut bread into small cubes. Scatter bread and cheese cubes over tomato and drizzle with remaining oil.
2. Put dish under grill for 4-5 minutes or until bread is golden and crisp and cheese is melted. Sprinkle salad with oregano and serve.
