1. Cut the grapefruit and oranges into segments and mix in a bowl.
2. Put the sugar, cinnamon and mint in a small pan with 3 tablespoons water and stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the cinnamon stick and mint leaves and drizzle the syrup over the fruit.
