Mango with yoghurt and maple syrup

Ingredients

1 mango, cheeks cut off
2 tablespoons low-fat Greek-style natural yoghurt, whisked until smooth
2 teaspoons maple syrup
3 macadamias, roughly chopped
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Method

1. Using a small sharp knife, cut a crisscross pattern in the mango cheeks, not cutting all the way through. Cut cheeks in half.

2. Spoon the yoghurt over the mango. Drizzle the maple syrup over. Sprinkle with macadamias and cinnamon to serve.
