1 Thread 1 strawberry, 1 piece of pear, 1 piece of pineapple, 1 strawberry and 1 piece of pear onto a skewer. Repeat with the remaining fruit to make 4 skewers in total.
2. Lime and ginger cream: Put the Frûche, lime zest and ginger in a small bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
3. Divide the fruit skewers between plates to serve. Accompany with the lime and ginger cream.
