Use melted chocolate to stick the stars to the crackles. They will keep in an airtight container for up to a week
Melt chocolate in a large heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add Rice Bubbles and coconut and stir to combine.
Line a 12-hole muffin tin with patty cases. Evenly divide mixture between cases and set aside to cool for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make chocolate stars. Line an oven tray with baking paper, then spread thinly with melted chocolate. Allow to set. Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out stars and lift off with a palette knife.
Top each crackle with a chocolate star and pieces of edible gold leaf. Serve.
