Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled, sliced thickly
12 slices pastrami
80g Swiss cheese, cut into slices
8 Vita-Weat Lunch Slices
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
Notes

You can buy vita-weats at all supermarkets.

Method

1. To make open sandwiches, arrange avocado, pastrami and cheese on each Vita-Weat slice. Top with tomatoes. To make sandwiches, arrange ingredients on 4 Vita-Weat slices, then top each with remaining slices. Serve.
