1. Put chocolate and water in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and heat until melted. Put bowl inside a larger bowl and pour in enough iced water to come up the sides. Using an electric mixer, whip for about 5 minutes or until mixture cools and thickens.
2. Spoon into glasses and chill until set. Top with cream and berries to serve.
