1. Heat a barbecue grill to medium. Add bacon and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until well browned.
2. Heat a barbecue hotplate to low. Add 4 egg rings, then spray inside with oil. Crack an egg into each ring and cook for 4 minutes or until just set.
3. Spray tomato with oil, then season with salt and pepper. Add to grill and cook for 2 minutes. Add rolls and cook, inside face down, until golden.
4. Spread tapenade on each roll base, then add 2 cheese slices, aioli, rocket and tomato to each. Top each with 1 egg and 2 slices of bacon. Add roll top to serve.
