Hula-hula punch

Ingredients

440g can crushed pineapple
½ cup raspberry fruit juice syrup, chilled
1.25L sparkling mineral water, chilled
1L punch-flavoured fruit drink
1L pineapple and coconut-flavoured fruit drink
170g can passionfruit pulp in syrup
250g punnet strawberries,hulled, finely chopped

Method

1 Spoon pineapple into ice-cube trays and freeze for 8 hours or until frozen.

2 Pour syrup into a large serving bowl or fishbowl. Add mineral water and fruit drinks. Top with passionfruit pulp, strawberry and pineapple ice cubes.

3 Ladle punch into disposable cups and decorate with Hawaiian-themed straws and paper decorations.
