Ingredients
175g milk chocolate
75g dark chocolate
200g unsalted butter
3 eggs
200g brown sugar
90g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
50g dark cocoa powder
120g nougat, finely chopped
70g hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
80g milk chocolate chips
Ingredients
1 | Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a 27 x 18cm slice pan with baking paper. Put milk and dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir until just melted, then remove bowl from heat and beat in eggs and sugar.
2 | Sift flour, bicarb and cocoa together, then fold into butter mixture with nougat, nuts and chocolate chips. Spoon mixture into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until just firm. Allow to cool completely in tin. Serve.
