    My favorite "stuffing" (not to be eaten) is an equal amount of crushed unpeeled garlic cloves, thyme, and rosemary (fresh); can add preserved or fresh lemon rind to taste; don't forget, PLENTY

    'Flavour enhancers' are not necessary if a chicken is cooked correctly.
