Recipe? What recipe? The link takes me to a blank page. Same with the next recipe as well. I gave up after that, but they are probably all the same - no recipe.
ReplyA can of sardines costs about a dollar. No fat; high in Omega. No excuses.
1 ReplyOf course one can stay slim on that food. Nobody can afford any of it. And it's almost illegal these days to eat seafood. Everything is banned, partly or wholly.

1 ReplyYou can buy from Sydney fish markets $17 worth of prepared Baby Octopus ( about a Kilo) with cooking sauce at ............. I cant tell you, but it is a great staple of mine. F*$k polotics
