Fancy a lazy Friday night dinner that’s as easy as takeaway but much healthier? Grab a cooked barbecue chicken on your way home, ditch the skin and shred the meat. Then spread low-fat hummus on wholemeal Lebanese bread, add chicken, tabouli, sliced lettuce and tomato, and grated light cheese. Toast in a sandwich press or under the grill. Now that’s a guilt-free kebab and it will take less than 20-minutes to make!
