    The secret to a good steak is NOT to buy from a supermarket..they cryovac their meat....and when you cook it, it releases moister and stews making it tough.. Suggest to go to a good Butcher, pay $2.00 to $3.00 kg more and get meat that has been cared for...We only need a 125gm to 200gm serve each, so that extra cost in negligble anyway

    Here's a bit of "animal biology" for YOU, Ed. "Cows" might "use the rump a whole lot" but I doubt that anyone is cutting the rump off cows for your eating pleasure. I'm reasonably sure they reserve cows for milk production. Just sayin'!

    difficult to purchase fresh food when supermarket stock is always old and mouldy. they charge top dollar for the old and mouldy. no wonder so many people are lacking in nutrients. old food doesn't really have any.
