Great food ideas for a finger food buffet at home but none are either appropriate or safe for packing as school lunches. Most would not survive the conditions only in winter in the southern states but not in summer. Obviously this person has no idea what a school lunch box looks like when it has been in a bag for half a day, or even an esky. Schools can't provide fridge space for 500 students or heating facilities, and most of these ideas would either have to be heated or would give a good case of food poisoning if not kept refrigerated. Also, definitely not suitable for the tropics at any time of the year. I'll use some of the ideas for my next guest buffet, though.
