I am disappointed that this year there seems to be more exposure in shops than I have ever seen before of the Halloween theme. This is not an Australian or global tradition, it is solely American. It is just another extreme form of commercialism. And I am disappointed that BHG appears to be encouraging which suggests, is supportive of this non-purposeful American Day, celebration of what? Please there is enough of that - i sincerely hope Halloween does not catch-on here. DP
