Noddy the Shire Horse

Dr Harry pays a visit to Jane and her very tall 4yr old Shire horse "Noddy". Problem is Jane has trouble worming him with worming paste because he is so tall - he just puts his head up so she can't put it into his mouth.

Measuring 20.1 hands high, Noddy could possibly be the tallest horse in the world! He's a gentle giant and he's pretty heavy too, weighing in at 1.3 tonnes.

Dr Harry's solution is to use worming granules mixed with food and a little molasses to disguise the taste. Feeding Noddy his worming medication from a bucket, makes it an easy and enjoyable experience for all.
