The best advice I was given on microwaves, was get a plate cover. Cover everything in the microwave and it will save a whole lot of cleaning! I have not used a stove in nearly thirty years and although people have told me that microwave food is bad for me, I am still standing and have no health issues.

    1) how did the osso bucco turn out?? 2) I've just read this entire article and realised not only have I already seen it, but commented on it! LMAO!!! Geez that's how thought provoking it was! I don't even remember it. Unbelievable that 13 x slides could be so full of rubbish! More fool me for reading it 2x!!!

Osso bucco (I believe) means 'hollow bone' in Italian. Oxtail is just as nice as soup or stew.
