• 12 surprising ways your house is making you fat

1. Your dining room and kitchen are painted red

According to the Pantone Color Institute, the color red increases blood pressure, heart rate, and appetite. Yellow increases energy, happiness, and again, appetite. So if any rooms in your house are painted in the warm colours of red, orange or yellow, you are inadvertently urging yourself to eat more. Choose the colour blue, it has been shown to be an appetite suppressant. To fend off cravings, invest in a blue fridge.

This is stupid, perhaps rely on self control instead of repainting your house. Also, I hate my blue kitchen and look forward to redoing it in yellow.

Nope, my kitchen is in shades of cream and tan stone tile, sage green cabinetry, golden cream walls, and white appliances... strike one!

Yes I agree with all the above, but what good will it do for us to jump up and down . It needs someone in government with guts enough to stand up and make things happen not just talk about it . Stop The Boats......

I'm sick of "invaders",illegal boat people coming to our country and the government looking after them better than our own. What about all the homeless people? The lack of health services? The education department.Every sudanese refugee gets a house,$10,000 and what ever else they bloody well want.Doesn't make sense to me.Tasmania is overloaded with them.Look after our own backyard first.
