Vegetable sticks

Vegetable crudités, like broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas and carrots with half a cup of hummus equals a little crunchy, creamy goodness.

Anyone who came here thinking they were going to get good advice should leave immediately. This list is mostly filled with things that will make you put on weight! A+ in nutrition! NOT. The carrots & the apple are fine. In short, if you had to open a packet or can then it's not a healthy snack. Fruit should be in moderation & frozen food should be avoided. Fresh only! Frozen fruit & veg may sound good but can also include chemicals. Furthermore there are toxins in plastic that are absorbed by the frozen food. Some of these toxins are known scientifically to cause weight gain. This is true of the plastic coating found in canned foods too. This article is nothing more than a fast food sales ad.

Best snack for losing weight is "no snack", or water, black/green tea. Far too much snacking going on, that's part of the "fat" problem. A snack is justified after a good exercise session though.

Canberra is the 23rd most expensive city in the world in which to live. Maybe government would cost a lot less if we relocated the whole circus to Wagga-Wagga or Geelong or Tennant Creek

Judy those ads for funerals are read by pensioners earning a couple of quid over their pensions, useless product but let 'em rip. We're all going to die. The latest up our way on TV is pet insurance, you can get up to $11000.00 a year for eligible vet bills, I can cure any dog or cat of any disease for the princely sum of 25c.
