Homemade iceblocks

Frozen low-kilojoule icy treats are great. Buy them or make your own. Blend together a banana, a cup of frozen berries, a cup of low-fat buttermilk and 1 teaspoon of honey. Pour into iceblock moulds, freeze and eat. Makes about six. A simple fruit puree would work, too.
