As a consumer interested in garden design I am somewhat irritated that Better Homes and Gardens would resort to petty cross promotion (Down Town Abbey and its promoters will not get my money) in segments broadcast from the Chelsea flower show. Must viewers be patronised with this type of marketing during the content of the program when you have plenty of time during commercial breaks to generate revenue for shareholders, which I myself can no longer say that I will continue to invest. I consider your hosts generally trustworthy and presentable so it makes me cringe when I have to watch them 'brown nose' celebrities in an attempt to appeal to the lowest common denominator who might actually fall for your feeble attempts for ratings. I feel sorry for their families. Please channel 7 smarten up your business plan as Kerry Packer is no longer with us so free to air TV should no longer be a loss for you.
