To maintain the individual character of the two side-by-side terrace-style homes the garden designs had to be distinctly different. They also needed to complement the architecture of the properties and naturally they had to ooze street appeal!

Built by Wincrest Homes with support from Boral and over 60 other business groups, these homes are the latest in energy and water efficiency. The 5,000L rainwater tanks allow storm water to be reused within the home and gardens.

The two homes have four bedrooms, a study, three bathrooms, dining and living areas plus a lounge room. Each home also has a double garage. The homes are fully furnished and come with a dishwasher and washing machine.
Should you want to find out more information and be interested in inspecting the homes please contact Nelson's Ridge Sales Centre on 1800 635 766.
