CHICKEN, HERBS, & PEAS
Karen couldn't resist Graham's home-grown herbs, and just had to cook up a storm! It's a classic French side dish - Chicken herbs and peas. Usually made with iceberg lettuce, Karen's using cos for its coarser texture. Frying prosciutto in the pan gives the peas a wonderful flavour, and you can throw in any soft herbs you have on hand making sure to include mint. Serve the peas with slices of seasoned chicken breast fried in butter.

POPPET THE PIG
Dr Harry's visiting Riley and his lovely pet pig called Poppet. The problem is twofold - he has small bites on his legs and the family wants to know how to treat them. He's also developed a black spot on his nose which stands out because Poppet's a very fair pig. He's generally very happy and healthy; he gets lots of love and attention and "maybe too many treats". Let's help this cute pig get better...
