You'll need:
1 flat pine photo frame (from craft shops)
Fabric offcut slightly larger than the frame
Spray adhesive
Scissors

Here's how:

1. Cover your work table with newspaper. Place the fabric right-side down and lay the frame on top, making sure there's a border of fabric around the frame. Carefully cut a slit in the centre.

2. Using the frame as a template, trim the inside of the fabric to 10cm around the inner frame. Cut away any excess fabric at the corners. Do the same with the outer edge.

3. Remove the frame and spray the wrong side of the fabric with spray adhesive. Fix it carefully to the frame, smoothing out all bumps, and leave to dry.
