Finished size: Approx 1.2m square

Gather your supplies
Approx 34 balls of 10 ply wool (Note: the wool used to create this throw is now discontinued so this is an estimate - it is best to knit a test square in the wool of your choice before estimating the number of balls you will need to knit a throw to your desired size).
1 pair 15mm knitting needles
Wool needle; scissors; tape measure


Moss stitch: Row 1: Knit 1. purl 1 and repeat until the end of the row. Row 2: Purl 1, knit 1 and repeat until the end of the row.


Here's how
Step 1 Using two strands of yarn, cast on 18 stitches. Work in moss stitch, repeating rows 1 and 2 above, until your knitting measures 1.2m. Make 4 strips.


Step 2 Using the wool needle, sew in all the ends With right sides together and using 1 strand of yarn and the wool needle, ladder stich the strips together to make the throw. Add a fringe on two opposite sides of the throw.
