If you're short of space, building this novel three-in-one project for your kids should help free up a bit of room. It's a rocking horse, that when turned upside down becomes a desk. As if that weren't handy enough, when it's turned on its head, this piece of furniture transforms into a highchair (as long as there is no place for your child to stem their legs and tip the chair backwards).
It might take a few hours to make, but your children will get many more hours of enjoyment out of it.
Highchair - playing it safe: The most important message when using highchairs is not to leave children unattended in them. They should be able to sit unaided, and the chair must be placed on a surface where it won't slip.
Keep the chair away from windows, doors, appliances, cords and steps. Don't put the chair in a position where your child can stem their feet against a surface (including a rail under the tabletop), to make it topple backwards.
Also, don't let your children stand on the seat or try to climb out of the chair.
