Camembert Vol-au-vents

Here's how:

1 Preheat oven to 180°C.

2 Mix the camembert, eschallot and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the vol-au-vents and top with a tomato quarter.

3 Bake for 5 minutes.
