25 year old Hannah Harding spent years travelling around the world with her ex-pro surfer boyfriend, Eugene Tollemache, while he competed on the pro tour.
Sick of standing on the sidelines, Hannah decided to follow in her boyfriends footsteps and five years ago, decided to give surfing a go.
"It's pretty crazy that I've come so far as it was only really a bit of fun and it beat sitting around watching my boyfriend Eugene surf for hours on end" Hanna told a1surf.com
A natural at the sport, the goofy footer started competing in 2009, and in 2011 was crowned the Women's UK Pro Surf Tour Champion.
But it was her recent win at the 2012 English National Championships, that has spun her career into a whole new direction. Hannah's fit 5'6" frame and blonde locks caught the eye of Prime Model Agency, based in Exeter UK.
Although she had done some fashion shoots in the past, modelling had taken a back seat to her new found love for surfing. However, since being approached by a photographer who discovered she was a pro surfer, she has now signed a modelling contract with the agency.
The new line of work should not be hard for the pro surfer, who has graced the covers of surfing magazines and has an existing series of lifestyle shots on her website, hanharding.com.

@ Beerwolf - No,"we'll all see her in The picture mag" is totally wrong. Only bigoted, witless clowns like you are interested in looking in that magazine, or the "big girlie mags".
Replybet you a carton, when her career dives we'll all see her in The picture mag...not high enough up the scale for the big girlie mags.
ReplySo my comment got taken off..tsk tsk.. you commies
Replythe modelling world should look more to athletes and girls from the rice paddies !
ReplyWhat I hate is how her image has been altered in the promo photo. Blind Freddy can see the difference in her hip-to-torso ratio?!? It's NOT the wetsuit changing her pelvis size, either! VERITAT, I don't think the problem is her blonde hair and blue eyes. Plenty of women with those features are as ugly as us blokes. An attractive is never plain/boring, whether she is fair/dark, brown/blue-eyed, blonde/red/brown/black or what ever! They're just appealing to other humans, and that's ok :-)
