Michael is a passionate recreational runner and outdoor sports enthusiast, the Director of OUTFIT health + fitness and the Senior Exercise Specialist. With an exercise science degree, personal training and athletics coaching certifications Michael is experienced and passionate about exercise, especially endurance sports. Michael has worked in the fitness industry for over 15years and also lectures for Fitnation (Cert III & Cert IV) and is a First Aid trainer for Medilife.
