Many studies suggest that exercise, in general, increases brain serotonin function and exposure to the outside world also boosts serotonin levels. This is our neurotransmitter that plays important roles in learning regulation, appetite control, sleep and our general metabolism. In summary, it's a good idea to keep this one in check.
