Kinesthetic awareness is that mind-body connection we notice in most athletic people. Outdoor training makes your mind and body work together as a team to constantly adapt to the changing environment. Not only does this support having a balanced body, but also a sharp mind- in and out of training time. If you've ever exercised before work you'll know that there's no better way to start the day simply because your mind is so much sharper afterwards – this is amplified by getting outdoors.
