While a leisurely stroll on a bike can get the heart racing, road bicycle racing is in a whole other ballpark and inevitably leads to sweaty results. From single day races that can go up to 200 km to stage races like the Tour de France, which is spread over 21 days and can stretch up to 3500 km.

Nothing makes you sweat like speed skating, why it was left off the list and a pretend sport like BASE jumping included I will never know. You would sweat in a pool swimming more than you would jumping off a bridge.
ReplyBanzai has never heard of the sport, of Endurance Riding the fastest growing equine sport in the world. And if you didnt know Australia has strong representation in E/Riding, just his year alone our youth squad came third place in the teams and won a silver individual medal in Abudabi, UAE. Also this year Australia won the Trans Tasman challenge in New Zealand.. Later in the year, the Tom Quilty will be held in Tasmania, with over 300 horse and rider combinations competing in the 160Klm ride.
