Queensland, get your trainers ready! The Sunday Mail Suncorp Bank Bridge to Brisbane is pleased to announce the date for this years event - the biggest Queensland fun run will take place on Sunday September 2, 2012.
Be part of thousands who will gather to run, walk, roll or stroll for a good cause...charity. Choose from either a 10km or 5km distance.
This years event charity is Kids Helpline who is Australia’s only 24/7 private and confidential counselling service specifically for children and young people aged 5–25 years. Each week, Kids Helpline answers more than 5,000 contacts about issues ranging from troubles at home or school to more serious issues of bullying, abuse, drug and alcohol use, homelessness, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
The Sunday Mail Suncorp Bank Bridge to Brisbane raised $251,999 for the event charity Legacy Queensland last year - this year we aim to raise even more.
