Hot tubs are key for post-ski canoodling, but what your muscles really need before and after a day on the slopes is Yogilates - a hybrid routine created by former competitive skier Jonathan Urla. The moves below will strengthen your core and improve balance and flexibility (and snowboarders will benefit, too). Urla recommends doing the pre-ski move 30 to 60 minutes before you step into your bindings and the après moves within 15 minutes of stepping out.
