Ingredients100g cooked chicken breast, torn into thick shreds
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber (with peel)
1 tbsp chopped mango
1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp tandoori paste
1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2 slices wholewheat or wholegrain bread
At home
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except bread until well combined. Place between bread slices.
