Jump-start your day with this just-out-of-bed workout.


Get up and go. Literally. "If you work out be¬fore your day distracts you, your chances of exercising regularly go way up," says Cedric Bryant, Ph.D., chief science officer of the American Council on Exercise. And AM sweating can make you sharper all day: "Exercise enhances the secretion of neuro¬transmitters," Bryant says.

Wake up your body with this 15-minute bedside routine, created by Suzanne Meth, a manager at E at Equinox in New York City. Warm up and cool down by jogging in place for two minutes.

The warmup/cooldown jog is going to do a lot more for your fat burning than the yoga is. Aerobic exercise for fat burning, yoga for strength and flexibilty.

The exercises are great, but like the deadline diet plan, its frustrating that you can't print them out to have by your bedside /at the gym etc. Is there any way WH can put up a printable/downloadable copy on the site?

I screen dumped it (fn alt prt sc) then pasted it into a word document to print it out.

All I did was (ctrl p) on each one and this printed straight away.
