The ballroom beauty and contemporary choreographer are looking forward to sticking to their preferred styles

Thirty seconds of dancing for her life on So You Think You Can Dance was the highlight of top 20 contestant Stephanie Golman's time on the show. "I was so relieved to be able to dance a genre I felt comfortable in," the 19-year-old Sydney ballroom dancer tells WHO. Over the past four weeks, Stephanie and her dance partner, Marko Panzic - who was also eliminated on March 3 - had been given "the short end of the stick" when it came to their assigned genres. "It was a joke," says Marko, 23, a dancer/choreographer who has choreographed stage shows for singer Jade McRae. "I can't believe I krumped on national television!" he said, talking about their March 1 performance, which judge Jason Coleman referred to as "a big fail."Stephanie, who plans to move into TV hosting or film acting when she finishes her journalism degree in two years' time, thinks it's comments like these that are swaying the voters. "What they say really affects the public, and maybe that's why people didn't connect with me."
In terms of whom the public will vote to win, she has her bets on fellow ballroom dancer, Henry Byalikov - a childhood friend and her audition partner - while Marko remains unsure. "I thought Hilton [Denis] was the biggest threat, but once he was voted off all my expectations went out the door!" But is Marko upset about his own elimination? "All I care about is the fact Mary Murphy loved me!"
