Think you're a big fan of a popstar? Are you such a big fan that you'd be able to convince your Mum to get a tattoo to help in your cause to meet that popstar?

One American fan of Justin Bieber did just that, convincing her Mum to get a tattoo live on air of a radio dj's face on her body so she could win tickets for her daughter to meet the teen pop idol.

Apparently the radio dj does this as a regular competition called 'Tatts for Tickets'. ...
